Hydrologic Information system- Hydrology Project II
Innovative Hydrology serves as a Consultant to the World Bank in support of the Hydrology II project. The goal of the Hydrology II project is real-time data collection and data communication of hydrologic conditions. The stakeholders include those involved in public safety, related to flood forecasting, as well as water resources planning and management. The role of Innovative Hydrology is to provide training on the use of real-time hydrologic monitoring as well as assisting the borrowers with the development of specification for Hydrologic Information Systems (HIS). Innovative Hydrology has been involved with developing HIS in many States in India, including Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttrakhand Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, and Gujarat.
